I enjoyed this video, Mary is a huge fan, and very lucky to have played Mark's guitars before last year's auction. I look forward to her longer documentary.

I wondered why it was filmed a couple years ago and only now surfaces.
I presume John agreed in order to publicise his book?

I guess it's because it is something Mary has produced herself and so it has taken longer, but st quicker than Henrik Hansen
