I didn't bother setting out at 3.30am like last year for this, after all I like most of you have this on CD. OK you are gaining two 'new' tracks - Rudiger and Everybody Pays, and at £39.95p you will do just that!!

I will perhaps pick up a copy at leisure...

I already had these tracks (US CD).

Yes one CD-version is called 'The Trawlerman's Song EP" with 6  tracks, the other CD  "One Take Radio Sessions" with 8 tracks (Rüdiger and Everybody Pays added).

But The Trawlerman's Song from the EP. The Trawlerman's Song is the same version as on the Shangri-La album. Trawlerman's Song - the version from One Take Radio Sessions is live:)

It's a shame Mark doesn't promote his Record Store Day releases like for example Peter Gabriel. A picture would have been enough.

Sting did a short video from apparently his living room where he unpacked the record, put it on and played it.

Yes, that would have been great. But Mark is different as we all know.

Yes, though unfortunately the RSD edition of Sting’s album (a new live album called 3.0 Live recorded on his current tour) was only available in a US and a few other select territories. A huge disservice to us fans. I have just, possibly rather foolishly, paid a not insignificant sum to order a leftover copy from a reseller on eBay. At least Mark’s people were sensible enough to ensure his RSD release was actually available to buy in the UK!
