Anybody who ordered ltd. edition not get it yet?

I ordered the limited deluxe edition in August, got a message from MK.com telling me they had inventory problems and wouldn't send it until the end of September. I still haven't heard anything. Am I the only one, or are others still waiting?

Oh boy, that is really a disastrous way of distribution work. Release date was Sept. 14th, now we have Oct. 5th.... So you are not one of the lucky ones.
Maybe you should mail them. Every time I did it I got a friendly answer from them, it only took a few days.

One starts already to wait for the next MK solo album to be honest...

I haven't received it yet, and I pre-ordered the beginning of August--as soon as it showed up on Amazon.

I ordered mine in early Sept. and have not received it yet.  It's supposed to be here next week.  I'll believe it when I see it.

I ordered mine from Amazon in early September and it's due sometime this month. Just goes to show how MK is marketed here in the US, he's not given much of a priority. This only encourages people to get the music for free. I also could not find the dvd version of KTGC in any store here in NJ (didn't use Amazon that time, figured I would this time so I actually would actually get it....hmmmm.....).

At this point I should probably cancel it and look for a used one on Ebay!

Yes, I still don't have the album either. Waiting for Amazon or whoever here is the US to stock the CD/DVD version. Amazon claims they'll have it available on the 6th. Worst. Album. Distribution. Ever.

I recieved my GL LE from Canada one week ago.

I orderd mine on the online french store fnac.com... got it on the 18th of september...

My order has been shipped last email from Amazon.  Hopefully I'll get it this weekend.  Ironically the free CD with tickets purchased arrived last Sat and I've been playing it to death.  Have to say that I love it immensely.    Can't wait for the DVD and  hope that it will play with no glitches.

I still haven't heard a thing from MK.com, from whom I ordered the boxed set. I have emailed them three times and not gotten an answer.

Finally got a reply from MK.com saying it will be shipped by the end of this week. THIS is the end of this week, so I'm hoping that means today. They also said they'll refund the extra shipping charge (for faster shipping, which in my opinion no longer applies more than a month after the release date).

Hey Rygman, it is good to see you back again! I already missed you for a while!

I am so sorry to hear that distribution in the USA is working so slow and that you still have to wait for the edition box!  I hope they keep their promise and that you will get it this week!
