I guess they are in a resort in Tennesse as he says "around here" after saying Memphis.

Maybe has something to do with the badge of the grapes? I don't totally get that reference, but the one from Tennesse, that one sounds more clear for me.

It's a very terrible song, specially when it comes to the lyrics, the music is quite nice and in my opinion is wasted with such lyrics.
