I laughed quite loud at work when Twiggy asked him about David and he answers "he's doing his own records now".

What a great sense of humour he has, I have big expectations now for his TV show with Brian Johnson.

First time he admits he gave up touring btw...
He also said it in the interview with GoodTimes (see my thread in the German corner).

My German is a bit short for that, only studied and passed the first course, and it was so demanding I couldn't dare with the second course, of a total of six!

He just says "he's making his own records" pretty neutral without any humourous Intention.

But it's funny the way he says it, at least for me, saying that as an answer.

What does he says exactly?

Did he says anything further that he gave up doing it?

Listened to it again. She asks somehow stupidly " and David..  David is your Brother?"  "Yes. Makes his own records."

Nothing really funny but of course you can't argue about what someone finds funny and what not.

I just gave up touring recently.. And that he absolutely loved it, and was really made for it. Also loved rehearsing.

What kind of question is this: David is your Brother?   :o
I know the way I can see by the moonlight
Clear as the day
Now come on woman, come follow me home

Agree, it made me laugh, I found it funny, but I'm talking about me and my reaction to that question and answer, doesn't means it's funny to anyone else, lol

I really enjoyed the interview, Mark was on good form, who would have known Mark was friends with Twiggy :think This is the kind of interview I prefer, not music journalists etc, this was more relaxed and fun, and they clearly talked for longer than the podcast released, as Mark was saying good luck with editing this.
Knopfler, Oldfield and Gilmour is all the guitar I need.

It seems like if your last name is Lawson, you're gonna get a great interview with Mark. Yes, I just returned from listening to the interview, it's great! Hilarious Mark insisting on PG Tips and constantly joking, what a treat. And it's more like a conversation, doesn't feel like an interrogation at all. 10/10

Oh goodie - we can play spot the shoe again!

I don't like these either, but I guess if you suffer from back aches to the extent Mark has, you stop caring about how they look.
