They always do it that way.

I've called my local record dealer and he doesn't even know if he'll have the record on Saturday, but he confirms that he's out of stock for ODR and all its formats. I'll have to get up early on Saturday!

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr makes a mockery of the whole thing. Then there's the dedicated of us who will need to be up at the crack of dawn on Saturday trying in vain to get a copy....
