Fact. In the first version, first there is On Every Street and then You And Your Friend.

So the song order from On the Night has always been the wrong one. Never knew that

Listening to  Tunnel of Love right now, cup of coffee, holidays, system cranked up and boy is it good! It really gives me feelings and emotions about music and Dire Straits that I haven't felt for a very long time. It's almost like a comeback, like a new album, so fresh and crispy. During that long break before the band introduction, I hear these little picking notes (from Phil?) I never detected before. And what an epic finale! Love it!
And then this wonderful track being followed by Telegraph Road in a never before heard quality. I really feel blessed.

This Box makes me struggle to keep up with daily life...

In the press release of the live box Paris is also mentioned as recording location for On the night but they only used Nimes may 19-21 and Rotterdam may 29-31/june 1 for the album?
Or is one of bonus tracks recorded in Paris?

It's a mistake from who made the press note, as they state in the DS official site, in the discography section, when talking about OTN, that Paris, Només and Rotterdam shows were recorded for this record, but they forget to read where it says "but only Nimes and Rotterdam were used".

As far as I was aware On The Night came from Nimes and Rotterdam. I was not aware that the Paris show had been recorded (I forgot), but this also makes sense as Neil Dorfsman came out before Nimes and they probably recorded Paris as a dry run to test the results before the Nimes shows.
