Ep 2 was filmed at British Grove last summer and Sam Fender comes across really well. The story behind his song "Spit Of You" is very touching.
Ep 3 is the best so far. What a woman Cyndi is.Mark and Cyndi first met in the early 80s.Lots of warmth and respect between all 3 and Mark playing with Cyndi on True Colors is just beautiful.
This episode has the most Mark so far and is all the better for it.
Yes what an annoying person she is... far too much ego for a format like this. I, I, me and my.

Are you being serious here?
If you are then shame on you.
Now now, let's not throw shame on anybody
Getting back into sensible debate, I thought the Cyndi episode was wonderful. I really enjoyed that MK. BJ and the producers had the balls to get into a bit of politics and it wasn't just the usual fluff of "and we recorded this song here, and then I did a gig there".
I didn't find Cyndi annoying at all, quite the opposite. I found her inspirational and I thought it was fantastic that the show gave us a chance to find out more about her. You go girl! Girls just wanna have fun after all!
Oh, and her dulcimer playing was fantastic and sounded beautiful as well. (Brian could learn some lyrics though, I'm sure they agree most of the songs in advance!)
