Sad, but true.
Believe me, everyone who are 'speculating' (including myself) really desires that MK's health/playing issues were fake.

Today on Guy's forum, he mentioned that Mark took some hi octane painkillers during the DTRW tour.

However, i cannot remember that MK used teleprompter on that tour.
I believe that the first time MK used it was during last tour

Maybe there was a teleprompter only during the US leg after the problem began? I’ve never seen it during the 2010 tour but there’s surprisingly little content of the US leg.
