According to the following link, it seems Good Times will begin broadcasting from 8th February on Sky Arts…

https://www.irishexaminer.com/lifestyle/artsandculture/arid-41320603.html

Hmm, not showing on the listings yet:

Ah. Perhaps there has been some confusion there and 8th February might be the date when it becomes available to stream on Now TV. I don’t have access to that service so I’m waiting for the Sky Arts broadcasts.

Do we know the exact list of people they will be talking to? I know Emmylou Harris is one, did I hear Cyndy Lauper too? :hmm
Knopfler, Oldfield and Gilmour is all the guitar I need.

Having just checked the TV guide for that day, it would seem this info is inaccurate as well  :smack

This is all speculating from my side. But ACDC is ecpect to announce a tour next week. Could be they start airing this in the same week? Good for publicity.

Probably to coincide with the release of the album.

Cyndi Lauper is mentioned in the OP.

If this is an "enjoyable romp (!) through the history of music" then perhaps each episode won't just focus on one person as per Life on the Road.

LOL! That reminds me of Randy Newman. He always used to do little introductions to his songs which were even funnier than the songs themselves. I think it was in 1992 when he played "I just want you to hurt (like I do)", and said he wanted it to be this big charity thing like "We are the world", with good celebrities, where he would get a chance to sing, "without Cyndi Lauper ripping away the microphone all the time".
The cd is called 12 songs twice, very recommendable!

The recent documentary on the making of We Are The World is worth a watch.
