Ohhh, I need tickets  :o
As you all know, I don't have a credit card and I'll have tons of work to do tomorrow, so I really need your help! I need someone who can order two tickets for Frankfurt and one for Hamburg for me. I'll decide about Mannheim, Berlin and Cologne later on but Frankfurt and Hamburg are very important for me and any help would be highly appreciated  :) :) :)
If you can help me to calm down my nerves, please PM me  :)

Ah, the Swedish date is not on the day that I am in Sweden. :(

I must contemplate the meaning of life a little longer it seems.

@ingridswing

The concert will be held at Sofiero castle, so it will be an outdoors gig. Usually these are non-seated so I am a bit troubled myself right now wheter there will be rows or not. Anyways.... (edit) I see now that there will be a VIP "Golden Circle" - but these have previous been both standing and seated. Oh dear...   :-\

Helsinborg is located in the same southern province as where I'm from. I'll help you  :)

The closest international airport is Malm

Thanks for the info, I will think about it. But 2 open air, with a lot of travel in between  ???

Actually I decided not to do Oslo.

On the other hand it would be nice to visit Sweden. Never been there. I will think about it very hard today  :) And what's the way to get into that VIP-circle  ;)

The way? I think you're automatically booked there since it'll be the "best seats in the house", as mk.com puts it.

Well, it's just a fancy name for a small area where you'll be able to stand. The outer area is for people with picnic baskets and camping chairs.  ;D

Oh btw, I called every Swedish agent I could get a hold of. As of now, 12:00 today, there is no other venue booked in Sweden. This sucks...  >:(

There are no seats, and I doubt the best seats in the house with mk.com will be the VIP-circle.
In Holland most of the time the circle is not for VIP but for people who queue very very early and wait all day and run after gates are open. Then the first couple of hundreds get a bracelet for circle-access.
Once it was able to buy tix for the circle.

Yes Ingrid, come to Helsinborg, I am almost sure I'll be there. And I won't buy the tix through MK.com because it's open air with no seats, and I think the special VIP circles are seats on the side, with not such a good view. I was there 3 years ago and saw John Fogerty, it was fun, you can spend the day in the park, take a picnic basket and the family (I will).

It's just a name ingridswing! It has nothing to do with being VIP. It's just a way to be close to the stage and get to stand up without annoying people. Calm down  ;D

The area close to the stage is called VIP Golden Circle on markknopfler.com. But previous experience tells me this is just a fancy name. Once the general tickets are released people may choose to either stand (inside Golden Circle) or sit on the lawn (outside Golden Circle) eating semi-cold chicken and drinking cheap wine.

When you pre-book on markknopfler.com you will automatically get tickets for the VIP Golden Circle.

I called Hasse at The Tivoli (agent) in Helsingborg and the answer I got was "standing only". I once saw Tomas Ledin (Swedish artist) there and the "Golden Circle" was fenced for the ones who wanted to jump and shout close to the stage.

Guess they call it different for different occasions?

But the circle is not too bad. In Holland you are free to walk in and out the circle, have a drink or snacks outside it and go back and have a good standing anyway.

Rollergirl: I don't take a picnicbasket nor family with me in the plane  ;D Too heavy  ;D
If I decide to come it will be only me. And for some reason it attracts me to go to Sweden.
And of course it will be great to meet you Swedish and Danish fans! Hard decisions to make pfffffff
