Does anyone know how much money they have raised with the single?

So how it's going, folks? How many times you've listened to this "Going Home" version? Have you tried to listen to the ATMOS version?

It breaks my heart that the YouTube video hasn't even reached 1 million views yet, which is ridiculous for this type of thing. I still wish for standalone collaborations between my favourite players rather than a mix of everybody together.

My favourites are Tom Morello (what an unusual sound!), Ry Cooder (ear candy), Jeff Beck, and Nile Rodgers (what a rhythm!). Still baffled by the complete absence of outtakes (where are bonus tracks where you need them!).

Bonus tracks?

Outtakes, more interviews (not only from Mark and Guy), charity updates videos, whatever. It's a pity there are no more great videos like this one:

It was played on TV yesterday as part of the coverage of the Great North Run.

Meanwhile, thanks to the marketing geniuses liimting supply, the bluray sells for £300+.

I don't know who made the account and realized that MK's general public are filled by very wealthy people.

Not to be sniffed at. I guess it maybe includes the charity guitar auctions as well.

I always think they should had done a show in march at the RAH during the annual TCT concerts with as much of the guitar players of the single, playing one song or two each and ending with the GH with the all stars thing. A big chance lost.

Smart observation! The guitar sold for 403,200 GBP, which leaves ~350,000 GBP for singles, downloads and DVDs or whatever, which is impressive. Or is it? Not to be sniffed at, but I agree with wayaman, a lot of big chances lost here, I'd even say too many. But it was all discussed a million times at this point. I'd hope for two commas tho considering the scale.

All vinyls and blurays were sold out, I'm not sure about the CDs but I guess they reached their goal as of the three formats, two were sold out.

Pretty hard to make serious money selling music these days I think, especially a single.

Probably the most important element was to raise awareness of the cause.

I don't know if the song's digital sales and monies from spotify/youtube/other streaming platforms were also donated towards the cause. In general, the average physical releases sales for most releases are barely double digits. 5% CD/DVD/BR and 5% vinyl records. If the same stands true for this one, selling out would actually mean a very small portion of the total revenue.
Come on, it is not funny anymore.
