Yes, I was thinking about this, too.
The box is great, but what I am missing are a few lines by the master. That would have been nice, wouldn't it?

I suppose it depends what version of STP you are familiar with. Do America was always on STP as far as I was concerned.

I've both the UK edition and the 'Album Advance' promo copy and both have 'Do America'
The Promo copy does not have 'One more Matinee' and the 13 tracks are slightly in a different order...

I've never liked Do America since I've discovered it, I felt it really did not belong to STP and I am used to STP without it. I don't think I would care much for it being included in the album.
