Initial comments from the Steve Hoffman forum are that the lps sound great but the new cds are horribly compressed.
Picked the Vinyl box set up this afternoon from my local 'independant' record store. I was allowed a sneak peek as it's for Christmas from the other half...Very impressed with the packaging and how well it came packaged...
