Personally I'm not too excited for this box...

Why? I've already spent some money, buying:
TRPD numbered 2LP sealed copy
Shangri la USA 2LP  in NM- condition
KTGC USA 1st press with bonus CD sealed copy.

If they released GH+STP separately on vinyl i would get them instantly.. but more vinyls of same albums I already have? No, it won't happen.

Then if release the rest of the albums in a box, i won't get them either, since i already bought all boxsets of the last 4 albums and in fact they are all still unopened.
So more vinyls of these albums too? No!

So I'm disappointed they didn't release GH+STP separately this time. But OK, they want to keep milking the cow releasing same stuff over and over again....

Likewise I am like you although I only have KTGC (with CD) copy as unfortunately I never got hold of the numbered TRD or Shangri-la and so I'm looking forward to at last getting them on Vinyl. But to have GH & STP on Vinyl will be awesome too!!

It's been growing on me!  It's maybe the 3rd or 4th best track on there now for me.  ;D

It's a crime that The Long Highway was never released officially in any album. It's an even bigger crime that it was never played live after 1996.

I think it was actually played a handful of times on the STP tour in 2001, but never since then to my knowledge. It would be good to hear live it again though. Beautiful song.

Yes. The Long Highway was on its first few shows in 2001.

Clear as the day
Now come on woman, come follow me home

Live recordings appear on Our Shangri-La   :think Has this topic already been? If so, sorry

I know there was a series of concerts that could be officially buy, but I wonder what will be on this album.

It turns out I was wrong about my limited edition numbered "The Ragpicker's Dream" LP because mine is actually numbered! I just found it and it has #1628.

If anybody wants to buy it from me, please DM me! Or write me to: fffoma@gmail.com
