It's lithograph signed by Mark himself and given to help raising funds to help children, as you can read in the text below. On 6th April 2009, a terrible earthquake destroyed the town of L'Aquila in Abruzzo (south-eastern Italy) and many towns in the neighborhood too.

More than 300 people were killed and thousands were injured, with huge damages to the houses, the streets and the public buildings, and severe damages to the artistic and cultural treasures of this magnificent land.
