Yes. I don't think this was an easy choice for those who went, if I remember correctly Guy said it was something like 100K dollars just to book a table at HoF. Add to this enormous travel expenses and this is nuts. And I think such money doesn't exactly grow on trees especially for guys like Guy. So I think yes, Mark was like "If even David will pull the trigger, I have no choice to be such a jerk not to go". The fact that Guy went and Mark didn't is funny though, you can tell Guy cares about it a lot, and rightfully so.

That's what you say. Not me. They decided to go and pay their expenses, good for them. And thanks, despite the bad treatment, they decided to spend their money honoring the fans.

Mark and David decided not to go by their good reasons. Also good for them,as they were right. They shouldn't pay anything to go. John, Alan and Guy shouldn't had paid either, but they went anyway. Each to his own.
