I wasn't aware that British Grove was a secret!    ;D     However, I'm pleased to hear that they may be on friendly terms again.   :)
You could walk right past BG and have no idea that Clapton or the Stones are inside.

Like any other recording studio I guess.

Basically, yes. I know a great studio here in St Peter, it's right in the city center on the car-free street and nobody I asked knew there's a world-class studio there. Even AIR Lyndhurst Hall looks just like a church. I wonder who in their right mind would build a posh recording studio :lol

Great interview. Thanks for sharing, Angelucci.  :thumbsup
I`ve always hoped that one day Mark and David would be able to put their troubles aside and start talking with each other again.
A re-start of their relationship would be so great. Not only for us fans but much more important for their families.

This is all the heaven we've got, right here where we are in our Shangri-La.

One or two duo songs on the new MK album that would be great.

With David?
If so why?
It's great if they are now acting like "proper" brothers but I'd prefer songs with better musicians than David.
MK stands for quality so no dropping of standards for any final album(s).

Like, let the little brother join in on his big brother's album? ::)  And it's 1980 all over again.

No need to record anything, this "trouble" eliminates itself just by inviting David to play on one song on one live show, Mark could've done it a million times at this point, but preferred not to do so. Artists always do it, always invites people to play, even Mark — Joe Brown, Bonnie Raitt, James Taylor, etc. The other question is, could you imagine this really happening? I don't think so, because that looks too much like a Dire Straits reunion.

It's great they seem to be getting on well again, but why does that mean they will/should record together again? that is what broke them up in the first place, they might, they might not, but It's not something that is required, maybe they has both been interviewed a lot for the Henrik Hansen documentary and it made them think back and re-evaluate their relationship, who knows? like always with Mark and David, no-one knows for certain apart from them, if they are getting on well again, then I am happy for both of them.
Knopfler, Oldfield and Gilmour is all the guitar I need.

It's not that they would/should record again, it's simply that David, anytime he's asked if he would like to play with Mark, he says yes, that he would like to do it, but also says he thinks that's very unlikely.

I don't think MK has that in mind, and I also don't think that David is gonna ask Mark about it either.

Wahoo: Don't think twice, it's all right.
His Bobness ties it all together!  :wave
