Does anyone know what the origins are of the dvd I've recently purchased?
Beaulieu incidentally is only but a short drive away for me...

Probably is the same dvd you can get for free from Laknopflertk unlimited... Recorded by fans.

I prefer the Shepherd Bush concerts, but it's good too. MK had problems with his voice and was drinking something hot during the show.

He had Flu as I understand it, he was most likely drinking hot Lemsip or similar....
