Just read on GF that Sky Arts in the UK are broadcasting the 2007 AVO promo session... in HD!

I don't have Sky unfortunately, let alone Sky HD. :(

Anyone here able to record it? Even if you don't have HD would be good to record it, Donegan's Gone was cut, but maybe it will turn up on here.

But wouldn't it be great to get this in HD??!!

Erm...no  - believe me - my HD isnt and would never be utilised to count hair folicles!!  Ill leave that to you lustful girlies..... ;D

I could tape it - but i dont have a HD DVD recorder - this means although i can watch in glorious HD - my DVD recording will only be of "normal" DVD quality..... ???

My understanding is that Sky HD boxes have recording features built in.

It's getting the show OFF the box in HD quality that is the difficult part...

Your right - the HD box has IIRC 250gb of internal storage...

Your also right - getting it off in HD will be the challenge...

That said though, i recall you mentioning you didnt have sky HD - but can you view HD content through other means should someone provide you with a HD DVD...?? :)
