I think we need to invent a new music genre which is called "Mark Knopfler collaboration". Refers to songs you only listen once in your lifetime :lol :lol :lol

I like the MK sound but the song itself is a bit boring. I like the first one they did together very much. So many miles.
If i was a Fender guitar, Fender painted red...

It's a very boring song and I can't understand a single word she says.  I like it when MK's guitar comes in, though!

It’s not my cup of tea I’m afraid, but like the MK touch.

Not mine either but the MK touch greatly improves it!!!

She sings like a drugged out female Dylan impersonator. A whole album like this is much.

I actually quite like her tone; if only she could make herself understood!  ???

Nice enough work by Mark on this song but nothing exceptional and no solo.  His partnerships in recent years have found me less and less interested I'm sorry to say.  Big River is a long and distant memory.  You could say that ship has sailed.  ::)

That's pretty much where I am. I want to like her but she sounds a few consonants short of a bibliography if you know what I mean. She reminds me of an old Lenny Henry joke about Sting singing in the shower....

I know the way I can see by the moonlight
Clear as the day
Now come on woman, come follow me home
