On Facebook, Guy asked if fans could send him videos from the tour playing MFN. Wonder, what this is for!

Desperate last ditch advertising attempt for the Madison Square Garden Concert?  Send him the Ålesund one!

To me, it means that Guy and maybe the band want something as a keepsake of this last tour. Mark is not into doing a Blu-ray so Guy has to search for other ways to get some footage. Pretty sad.

But why specifically MFN? I don't see the logic here.

Can't see any conspiracy in my post, it seems pretty obvious to me. And theories and assumptions are an integral part of any fan forum don't you think? I would never bother Guy with this.

And the absence of any live Blu-ray is a theme for years, I guess Guy would very much agree to document the last tours visually.

Guy said a video credit would be given so presumably it isn't for personal use.  My suggestion perhaps isn't too crazy after all.  It could be used to advertise on social media these days.  It also explains why he asked for MFN, that being the biggest hit.

Why would Guy want an audience filmed Money For Nothing as a keepsake :hmm He has played in many many shows, he has those memories, which is better than an audience film!!!
Knopfler, Oldfield and Gilmour is all the guitar I need.

Could not find a better word. Anyways, found it harsh to call this action "pretty sad" without really knowing for sure what is being planned

I don't understand.

MK himself has explicitly forbidden video taping and now they ask for some  :disbelief

If they want some, they still can hire a pro for any of their show.

Or ask Poupystar...(<joking>)
