My idea of heaven is a place where the Tyne meets the Delta, where folk music meets the blues.

Again fantastic performance, more aggressive than in Vienna; crowd went mad during the end solo of speedway, so bullrun before; Bacon Roll becomes for me a highlight the Pensa solo and the instrumental part, extremely strong. In the encores people were extremely happy about SFA and GH after MFN, as the whole house was dancing, jumping, shouting, etc. through three consecutive tunes. My shots this time:

West (gibson nearly played the roof of the top):

Matchstick (no more touching tune than this in the set, and also so well crafted):

OES:

SFA:

As I said, one idiot filming with strong flash; so Mark was pointing at him and telling he should turn it off, probably three times after the second chorus; the band kept playing in the back the chords before the 3rd verse. It took like 10 seconds or something (so not the usual short pointer...), and actually he received ovations from the audience for it

Fantastic performance. The crowd was damn WILD. In the end of SAN people started running towards Mark. A security guard was just staying there watchin' like "Go on, kids, have a nice time". The crowd was so young. Dancing, jumping. So wild. Beautiful.

Go to 3.55, there it is... Wonder how many times he have said this so far. Did he say it anytime last tour or are people just more desperate to get footage of memories this time around ? :hmm

He only says it when an Idiot is not turning off his/her damn flash directly spotting at him. Have you seen how strong some of these flashes are nowadays on the new smartphones? They are extreme, and they are permanent! And he only points out these. All the ones turning the flash off, filming or photo, no problem. Bye the way these strong flashes also heavily distract the rest of the audience (you can hear the ovations he got after telling the idiot to turn it off!)

Absolutely true. They are VERY bright. Must be annoying as hell.
If i was a Fender guitar, Fender painted red...

Yes of course, i only have to look at my flash on my cellphone to see how bright they really are, not something your eyes are happy about...

I filmed a lot at the concert I attended, with no light... I noticed Mark was looking towards me at some time but didn't say anything, quite cool when it seems like he's looking into the camera during the last part of Going Home :thumbsup

I can't remember last tour had this many moments where Mark ask people to turn off light.. of course I understand him, the sad thing is it's in the recordings, but we can only blame ourselves.. i mean the ones who don't think before they press record  :disbelief

I am always wondering why would someone record.. Just, why? The video will be on youtube regardless, your footage will be the same bad quality as others, you are wasting your moment with MK by not enjoying it to the fullest. Seriously, why bother filming? If you want to impress your friends just show them a youtube video. Don't want to be rude but people like you are really killing the vibe.
