Yes, absolutely, marky49, I get your point! If the agreed price was 50 Euro, you should not have to pay more than 50 Euro, no matter what. So the question here seems to be what price was agreed. If there was no information saying that the price was GBP 50 on the time of the purchase, then I guess you have a good case :)

Generally I would say that they are allowed to charge the agreed price if the goods aren't delivered yet. And the agreed prize is GBP 50. But how you solve these things technically, I don't know...
Morten (lawyer)
as soon as apyment has been made most countries will not accept changes to the price.
they asked me to confirm the extra dosh, but forgot to read what would happen if i would not have agreed??
any Knopfler, Floyd or Dylan will do....

The worst would be that hundreds of people are queuing at the RAH, having their confirmed emails of purchase in their hands and want to pick up their tickets. That would be a HUGE mess!  ;D

I think that Martina is right.

Same for me,  and I did not notice they forget to "adjust" the Friday show.

Fact is that the price that was displayed on the web site was displaying 50 euro (I remember checking several times) so their explanation in the email sent is not correct.

If we agree to pay can we ask in return for a free copy of GL?

If this is right, I would say they are quite (I don't know what it's called in English, please help me with a suitable word here!). In that case they are actually trying to cheat the fans! Bad :( >:(

Yes, I agree and I've not studied law, but national and business economics (plus programming) but had to pass a lot of law exams too! Very helpful now! :o

Yeah, cleanse themselves from their mistake.
So I'm wondering what they will reply now. I answered them earlier today that they are wrong!

Hmm, are these the same people that decide what seats we get? Don't be surprised if you get Row Z Martina!
