Brilliant performance, that phrase at 3:53 kills me every time.
Knopfler, Oldfield and Gilmour is all the guitar I need.

I have Rudy Pensa sitting in front of me. No joke.
Any interaction?

Nah, I'm not the type to approach people at random that I don't really know. A few people stopped to say hi. He had some kind of special pass. I was pretty far back on the floor so I was surprised to see the VIP passes didn't include seating closer to the stage. So much for being a VIP.  :lol

Incredible performance last night! Mark was at his best for sure. Very emotional concert for me, knowing that this could very well be the last. I even came to tears during the last couple of songs, As the concert was drawing to an end. Mark seemed very emotional as well during his end of the tour speech, his voice quivering. Wherever I go with Bonnie was amazing. The videos do not do it justice in my opinion. To anyone who has not seen Bonnie Raitt live, I highly recommend it. What an incredible talent. Mark has been my soundtrack for the past 30 years. We will have to wait and see what happens in the future, but I had a very strong feeling during the final few notes of Going Home, that this was my last time seeing Mark, and it brought me to tears.

Tour t-shirts were discounted?

I happened to notice that the tour shirt that I bought earlier in the North American tour for $40, was only $30 last night.   It was odd to think of anything being less expensive at a MSG event.   I then figured it might be that they had too many shirts in inventory, and so cut the price to sell more at the last show of the tour.   Hope some of you got in on the deal.

Wow, what a whirlwind. Just getting unpacked. Just a few thoughts for now, more later. I have never, in person or otherwise, seen as much emotion from Mark that he displayed last night. You wouldn't have been able to tell from up front that there was a single person in the arena (which was far more filled than most of us would have guessed) that wasn't a die hard MK fan. A very, very special thanks to my close friends here for making the night special. From a few gifted drinks, to the offer for lodging, and everything in between. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. I am not certain there was a dry eye in the front row. In fact, Lis had to give me a tissue three songs in..........

To be continued...

Half empty or half full — that is the question :lol

Half empty says the pessimist, half full says Paul Crooksford! :lol
