Hi, everyone!

As you all know, Mark turns 60 tomorrow. So, have you made any plans to celebrate our beloved musician?
I will probably bake a cake and invite some friends. And of course, only Marks music tomorrow...

I hope some radiostations that I have emailed will do something about his 60's birhtday.

I have mailed Radio 2. 3Fm, Radio538 and Qmusic.

Too bad only Radio2 has send me a mail back.

I'm out with the lads watching the footie tomorrow.
England v Holland, but my mind won't be on the game, i'll be toasting every drink to Mark's special day.
Where we go has a juke box, so at every available moment, i'll be playing DS songs.

It's a pity we couldn't have arranged something a while ago, for some of us to have got together for a A.M.I.T 60th MK Party.

It's the 12th here now, so Happy Birthday M. F. Knopfler. Your music has been and inspiration to 3 generations now, and may the your passion for music last long enough for a fourth generation to experience it live also.

By the way I'll be playing my personally signed copy of the Deluxe set which Mark sent me by special jet courier, all day today.......
