That Speedway at Nazareth was brilliant, Mark playing was nice and fluid, I also feel he is getting warmed up, his fingers have clearly been out of practice, but no surprise there, most of the recent years have been focused of the Local Hero musical.

Personally I didn't enjoy that particular STP at all.  It's been excellent so far on this tour but that one was poor IMO.  Seemed a very good show though, despite the ever decreasing setlist.

If I think that in two, three years, etc., we will not comment on the next concert, I prefer not to think I hope Mark will be in the studio more often

I've bought a ticket to a date on this tour off the back of this addition to the set list. To think this song would ever make a return 18 months ago would have been out of the question. Phenomenal.

Listened to BIA from this gig and it has aged well. This isn't 1988 anymore and the bluesy feel suits this song well. Tone of the guitar is perfect to my ears.

MK like all of us is getting older, with whatever that brings.  I dont think I could manage a 90 minute set almost every other day and I'm nowhere near his age.

Amongst all these posts, someone said that Guy says they have more stuff rehearsed? It doesn't seem hard to imagine that MK knows he has the chance to mix things up, but also has to deliver a cohesive show - far from a whimper,MK is going out exactly as he wishes. Boo to all of you who just want the 'static' setlist of your own personal choice
(just kidding, i hope the concerts you attend are memorable -& just remember- without the internet you would not even have to worry about missing Silvertown or whatever, you'd just buy the bootleg one day... 1st world problems etc)

... is what Guy wrote. Could as well mean songs like Hill Farmer's Blues, Privateering or Marbletown to "keep them fresh". And that could mean that they DO NOT plan to play them during the next shows. I imagine they really still don't know what could be the set list in the second half of the tour. It's like checking expiry dates in your fridge..

Perfectly OK. I may have misunderstood you, but I just felt you interpreted Guy's statement in the most negative way possible. My apologies for being mistaken.
