I guess MK is at a certain place in his melody making. In art and music, the artists go through a 'period' or 'theme' where the work seems to have a connection, a commonality among the individual pieces. If you look at a sculptor's or painter's body of work encompassing a short span of dates, you'll see the similarities. I think that anytime a singer/songwriter, symphony composer etc and etc and etc create something, the work before and the work after are going to be closely related. When I listen to music by other artists, the individual pieces seem alike to me also. To stretch it much further, when one is not familiar with a genre, like country or 80s pop, it all sounds the same to him. Only when the music is heard again and again do the individualities appear.
So, I don't know what that spiel of mine above has to do with anything, since we all listen to MK a lot!
