Nice version of picture of you,
And the first live version of matchstick man,
And the first acoustic version of STP ever after it has been released for almost 20 years?
And go love, beautiful!

No:)

"And go love, beautiful!

Wow!
I know the way I can see by the moonlight
Clear as the day
Now come on woman, come follow me home

MK also played STP acoustic on the book show thing a few years back.

If anyone is a member or wants to join the 'Mark Knopfler fans Worldwide' Facebook group its just been shared on there. Nice program, lots of familiar bits, but the odd little gem in there too.

Don't know if the following url will work for everyone but give it a go -

Does anyone know how MK & BJ became friends? I have a distant memory that it was through motorsport but I may well be wrong....

Superb; can we have a part two please?! Those two guys could talk for England!
Interesting to see Kitty provided some archive material too.

Thank you.

What a marvellous film, absolutely brilliant!
These guys deserve a weekly talkshow.

Seemed much more agreeable here in what is a very enjoyable little film.  Almost a tear in the eye hearing Mark sing that line from ToL - never thought I'd hear that again.  A couple of glaring errors though:

Omitted the entire OES era, stating DS wrapped up after the BIA tour
Showed the solo albums ending with Privateering, missing the last couple

So Matchstick Man seems like it is going to be performed then.  Was Go, Love an insight too?  The way he was reminiscing about the Spanish City I kept having a feeling that a certain song was on the cards for the farewell tour, but surely not.  :think

Yes interesting it avoided OES. Solo albums was just a quick scan over, didn’t mention Golden Heart either. The solo section was only about 15 mins, biggest focus was on the first DS album and even before.
Seems go, love might be Kitty yelling Mark to go out for the day and get his Tyneside fix. Definitely via love and affection not go away!!
Chatted away in The Cumberland Arms in Tynemouth. Very agreeable place but I’ll have to nip there for a pint when I’m next in the toon...!
