a Candy Apple Red 1984 Stratocaster 57V (estimate: $15,000-25,000), which became Gilmour’s primary electric guitar during the 1980s and ’90s, and was used during recording and touring of the Pink Floyd albums A Momentary Lapse of Reason (1987) and The Division Bell (1994).

this seems quite low too, but they are just estimates, often they keep them low so that it goes out of control higher during the auction,

A global tour of the collection will launch in London at Christie's, King Street, from March 27-31, 2019, where the full collection will be on display, followed by highlights in Los Angeles May 7-11, and then the New York sale preview ahead of the auction from June 14-19.

well he said so but the auction makes you wonder anyway, it's a pretty big move, maybe there's even something else up

He has also stated, this will leave him with about 20 guitars left, including the Fender replica of The Black Strat, so he will be ok.
