A strange day. Having been rejected for a Fair Admission  two days ago, today I got an email saying I was in after all. I jumped straight in, and have paid for two stall tickets.

However, demonstrating the tendency of AMITers to stick together, in the meantime I had been offered and accepted two arena tickets by an extremely kind fellow member here - let’s call him Nir, for that is his name. So I now have two arena tickets more than I need. I could offer them to friends but would prefer that they went to someone else here who needs a couple of seats for 21st. If that’s you, please could you PM me and I’ll put you directly in touch with Nir to sort out the logistics. But I’m the one who owes Nir a pint!

What is the difference between stall and floor? Which is netter?

stalls, floor/arena only if you are on the first rows or you don't see anything

Just to elaborate, any stalls seat should give a reasonable view, although you may well be further from the stage than the arena; arena is more pot luck unless you’re near the front. It is the area where seats are removed for the Proms, and isn’t raked. Sound is fine, view not so much.
