I preordered the box set too, as I have for every previous release.  Just have to wait out the arrival.  Amazon shows the delivery date as 12/14 in the USA for some reason.

Yes, the delay seems to be from US suppliers/retailers.  Has anyone in the US received shipping notification on the box from a US retail outlet?
