very interesting is that Mark turns 70 on August 12 and on my birthday August 16 he already plays a show in the US
there a 2 possibilities:

A. NOT A TOO BIG PARTY IN LONDON AT HOME AND FLY STATESIDE 2 days later
B. HE WILL CELEBRATE IN NYC WITH FAMILY AND BAND

Don't know if any other Dutchie has noticed, but compared to almost all other countries in Europe, he's doing very little in The Netherlands with just one show in a large venue.
He loves the sun in Southern Europe much, but is doing also many dates in Scandinavia this time and even more in Poland. Wondering how this come about. We didn't get much last tour and the tour before...

I have to say I didn't notice but since The Netherlands is one of the countries DS first became popular, and he remains popular today, one would have thought a few dates there anyway in his farewell tour.

Yup, in ‘96 there were lots of shows in The Netherlands. Still annoys me I missed the shows in Kerkrade, only a 15 minute drive from where I used to live back then (was 10 at that time, my parents went to ghe show). Although my brother has a DeLorean, I still can’t go back to 1996!

Since the Ziggo is operating The Netherlands does not require multiple nights stand.

Correct, because of the cancelled dates in Russia.

Mark will play two concerts in Poland for the second time (2005). Now, south and north of the country, and finally everyone will be able to see him. There was always a lot of interest:)
