When your already paid for the FA tickets, how can you do that?

In the UK we have distance selling laws. If you buy anything over the phone or online you have 14 days to request a full refund.  Plus if you paid by credit card you have the fall back with the credit company if you can convince them you were duped into buying something you werent advised of in advance. And if the goods arent as expected then a full refund becomes a right.

I bought ordinary presale tickets for Verona.   Base price 98 euros + taxes, etc = 117 euros.    No extra fee for FA, of course!

Don't forget to see the Romeo & Juliet balcony which is 5 minute walk away from the Arena

I have been to Verona before and I avoid the R&J balcony like the plague - it's a tourist trap!

By trap I meant the street is crammed with tourists and it isn't real anyway, just tacky!

Not sure what's logical in this amateurism, but this has already screwed up my planning for today...

This is the downside of texting, because I said it with a lot of sarcasm :lol
What else they'll throw at fans? I wonder if this presale will go smoothly.
