It was a nightmare, system were giving tickets in a randomly way and when you choosed the tickets and clicked pay they were gone! After more than 20 tries I managed to get two...

I don't believe it though.
They want to know ? I'm gonna answer  directly to PC and explain why I didn't go for FA and barely no presale anymore (only GA, then I'm sure it's a fair process, if I'm there first, I'll get in first and I get the spot I chose).
Their seat asignment is a con when you buy a single ticket. It used to be, maybe it has changed but I don't want to try.
I understand it's a tetris game, they assign first multiple seat orders to please most people and sometimes people who ordered just one ticket are not a priority no matter how fast they were.
 
I've given these people enough money to be legit to say what I have to say and do what I have to do.
