Yes I thought so, too. But while in Devil Baby, ge divided the different times with different verses, this time it's mixed within a couple of words.

It also seems that it's not really about Chet. Only the inspiring words he used about his past are there?

Yes, and I also checked where Execution Dock used to be and it´s quite far from Deptford, it used to be close to the Tower of London area, where pirates used to be hang, so he mix locations as well...

Maybe 1979 refers to the first DS tour in the United States and album cover somewhere with the American prairies. I am thinking aloud
