Yes but try to live with it. It's not worth spoiling the fun.

Yes, I thought you were right on the money there.

Totally great. Loved it. Intro indeed TR sound alike.
Otherwise JF and Rail King totally failed to describe this gem. Totally phantastic Dire Straitish, fresh, enercetic. HIS voice gives me shivers all over.
Would have loved to hear this properly on the Radio without any knowing ... legendary MK remembrance moment forever.
Perfect Live Opener. Lovely break.
Oh yes, fucking nice guitar.. nice guitar.
Comparable from the impact with This Is Us.
Very nice piano on it.

If someone captures it as mp3 please pm to me!

LE

I did say I loved it !  ;D ;)

difficult for me to describe music in words with my poor english, but it is in my to 3 songs of the album, and a very very good opener

Oh please, I am just joking and can't say thank you enough for the effort you did over the weeks for us. It's just that I am overwhelmed pretty much by this song and you sounded pretty cool about it. Same as Rail King. But that's the fun with different point of views. You and quizzaciously, for example I would call "Chord Men", you listen to music in a total different manner than I do. I know absolutely nothing about chords.

Will wait for the live version of this song and hopefully mister Fletcher would be kind enough to switch off his organ for once. You can't believe how much I'm disappointed with this arrangement. The song is so great and here goes this pack of continental mosquitoes to have an intercourse with your ears. I won't write about this anymore, but I just had to say it.

nothing wrong LE  :)

I love this song too, and I said it could have been a good single imho

I like very much how the album starts : this song, then BOTDF, then nobody child,etc....

I say it again : a very very good album imho, and judging by commments, I bet many people will love it

Well tonight really makes me looking forward to it again. Some doubts were coming up last couple of days.

A proper Hammond with the Leslie should've done a better job yes.

Why two random guys from Russia and Sweden understand that and veteran musicians with their own studio and 50+ years of playing don't?

Maybe Guy saw his opportunity with British Grove to get all the brutal hi-class synth and tech stuff for free to use and live out his fetishes.  ;D

Nah, I have no good answer really. :)

It was on Who's Your Baby Now the first time, it was on Punish The Monkey and on We Can Get Wild and culminated on Beryl and I know exactly what you mean. I hated it every single time and wondered what it was good for.. seems Guy is really trying to put a trade mark on it.

Thanks dmg for the PM.
Well, what about ... It's really a Mark of the past! It's really very good song, great opener! Also very catchy, from these first three songs I think it will be a very electric album. ;)

Very catchy song, energetic and nicely sung by Mark. However, don’t quite like the 80s sound of the drums + backing vocals and have never liked the Farfisa sound by Guy.

Really good song. Best so far from the 3. Would have made a better single- more radio friendly.

If it's possible, can anyone send me an mp3. I would very much appreciate it.
