They are talking in singular...  "recording", like they are going to offer just one to everybody.

Is presale even a good thing? Last tour I got tickets in presale through MK.com for Amsterdam, I was placed in row 20, while others in regular sale were placed in rows in front of me. Tour before that I got tickets in row 6 in regular sale while presale ticket holders were behind me in row 15.
