If the standard (not the deluxe) version really has 13 tracks then there are no long ones on it?
Don't get me wrong, I would love to have 13 MK tracks on a standard album.

Why not? In Guy's picture of the test pressing on disc 1 the first song looked like long...

Most of you probably disagree, but I actually like shorter albums, like LP length, around 45 minutes. Longer than that, and I feel the album loses focus. And even with great songwriters like Mark, it's very rare it's possible to have 60-70 minutes of killer tracks.

So I'm hoping for 9-10 great songs!

Expect an official confirmation in spring 2019 that a new album was released at the end of 2018.
