Layla and other assorted love songs (LAOALS) is a masterpiece because of another guitarplayer if you ask me. The name of that other guitarplayer is Duane Allman and was the major inspiration and guitarhero of Derek Trucks. Duane came up with the famous layla riff.

Well, if these are the new song titles, let the fun and games begin in terms of what they may allude to. The last one . . .  he tends to put a powerful ballad in at the at end, perhaps this is something about refugees and the whole word-wide issue modern day life seems to have at the moment.

Or guess which one makes the album title? I go for Matchstick Man (which would be MM and give the abbreviaton fans some trouble with Making Movies), or Just A Boy. I can already say that My Bacon Roll sure enough makes one of his most stupid titles if this list is really the actual one..

The numbers are not consecutive. Local hero musical numbers were consecutive and most of the previous records had songs with consecutive numbers, that's weird, but don't mean nothing I guess...

The fun has just began!

The Layla riff is actually the riff from Albert King's "As The Years Go Passing By" so... Duane Allman is great I agree but I think you're giving him too much credit.

You can be a huge artist without being a songwriter.

Surprisingly for a few decades now if you can't write music you tend to be somewhat lowered compared to songwriters.
Aretha just passed away, she did not write songs  but still she's a major artist of the 20th century.

The haters are those who write shit

One song at a time, that looks like a great title for the record, imho

Let's count how much it takes until Belljon1 goes with this to Guy's forum.
