I thought MK would be on a holiday by now. Is August normal not the month they take time off?

Yes, but it looks they are still working. The musical must had affected their usual agenda, together with the preparation for the new record release...

But I also guess that they should had stopped or would stop soon and take some days off before the release and promotion of the record arrives. I have the feeling that it´s going to be later than we thought...

Guy, here with my songs. You will notice a couple of tweaks…

Diamond Annie
Repton, home of champions
Dog leap stairs (w RM)
Under Gateshead skies
The twang machine
Cullercoats (w EC)
Sonoma raceway
Tom Cribb’s blues
The Corkscrew, Sp. City
Oregon shuffle
Bonus track (vinyl version only) – Rolling River Tyne

I can progress this to the finished article very soon so my only question is 'are you in a strong position with your tracks too?'
——————-

How does he come up with this????
Or is he just joking..........

I mean that you have to be very idiot, and very proud of being an idiot, to make up stupidities like that and post them in the forum of Mark Knopfler's right hand, and keep posting about it...

Maybe I´m being too hard but, there are many fans looking forward to the news, and people like this create false expectatives, and it's like he's laughing on the fans...

Let's relax about this fake track list, shall we? It's a joke! Whether you think it's a good one or not is up to you, but certainly it's no reason to get angry. I've seen similar fake track lists with each new Dylan album; it's almost a running gag among his fans. They all try to come up with something looking as real as possible, and if you manage to trick your fellow fans, you'll have a good laugh - and they will, too. It's an April fool's kind of thing.

That said, I don't think that whoever came up with this particular list did a good enough job. No way Mark is going to use commas in his titles, and he's not going to mention the "rolling river Tyne" again. Try again, I say, and come up with something that REALLY fools us!

It's not so much about the list itself but the fact that he is so stupid to rub it in AFTER Guy already denied it.

GF:

There have been many synths used on the new album, including the mighty Yamaha GS-1. Local Hero has a much more limited soundscape synth-wise.
I know the way I can see by the moonlight
