I don't think that's Mk decision at all. He leaves all that aspects to "his workers"
I think so too!! Patience, patience.... We'll get to know when they want us to know!!

I think so too. However, the release date of an album without consulting the MK is probably impossible. The rest is marketing. We talked about it. :)

There will be a whole marketing PR team deciding this stuff and it will probably have been agreed last year.

Agree.

Publishing something now while on holidays means that there will be questions, phone calls and mail.

Better deal with that when you get back.

But the "soon thing" is funny every time. :)

I think the new album will be released in the second half of October. They wait too long because they still have time.On May 28, 2012, we already knew the title of the album. Privateering was released on September 3

Honestly, I just can't be bothered with release dates anymore, I'll cross that bridge when I get there. At first I thought this whole mistery thing was annoying but now, knowing that Mark is involved with so much stuff at the same time, I think it's reasonable. The album is done and coming out sooner than later, that's good enough to me...

The name likely won't mean a thing anyway so we're building it up a bit too much I think.  What will be of more interest is the packaging:  number of discs, deluxe boxes, bonus material, DVD etc...

I always look forward to the title of the album, the list of songs, the cover. Will there be a title track or a hidden like in Kill To Get Crimson etc.

I'm sure we all look forward to hearing the title, but once we know it we'll be no better off for knowing it until we actually listen to it.   :)

It is true. But see the title and the cover ... It stimulates the imagination and satisfies the first curiosity :)

Yes and maybe a single release some weeks before release and starting with snippets to tease us. I remember Redbud Tree coming up early August?
