I made it using Numbers on my MacBook Pro but I would reckon Excel would open it on a PC.  Unzip it first though!

I should add that the DS dates were copied from a list compiled by JS Brasme who used to run a DS website years ago called Money For Nothing.  I remember trading bootlegs with him a number of times in the old pre-torrent days!  I just added each tour as they came along since and separated each one into tabs instead of one long list.
