I like Wag the Dog; managed to see it in an independent cinema.  Princess Bride is not my genre so I have no interest in it.  I can't believe I haven't seen A Shot at Glory yet, or Cal for that matter.  Comfort and Joy I enjoyed immensely since the story is true and local to me.  I also like Bill Paterson.  Same here with Metroland and Altamira.

You should give The Princess Bride a go, even if it's not your genre. It's really a parody of the genre, and the writing is great. Watch it even if it's just to observe how Mark's music is utilized in the film. And this line "Hello, I'm Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die." - it's a lot of fun.

Was someone able to get tix for the press night 23rd or was that date never available to the general public?

There are still tix available for almost all shows.
Given that rather small venue I would have thought it would sell out much faster.

It was blocked since day 1  :(

Maybe you could try to ask the theatre just in case they decide to open to general public seats that are not being occupated by press...

Ok, thanks.

I just asked them. Maybe if they receive questions from some different fans would think about allocate some seats for non press people, who knows...

Ok, I asked them as well.
Although I don't think they will open the premiere night to normal human beings...

They answered me. There is a chance they will open the sale to general public but in case that happens it will be very close to the date, but they can't be sure if that would happen.

I finally changed my "Local Hero Musical" tickets to early April. I had booked in the beguining tickets for the last represntation but it's too close to the start of the tour so I changed them.

Now that we have the tour dates and started to plan the travels, any of you had decided to buy tickets for the musical as well? There are still tickets for almost all days.
