So, I've always been fascinated by this verse in Solid Rock:

Mainly because I never figured out what it means.
Do you have any idea?

The Odlfield book says that these 3 fingers COULD BE John, David and Pick, but it is of course only an interpretation

Makes very much sense, I don't know why but I always associated the "slim chances" to the wave rolling in

Yeah I'm not sure it refers to someone else either, it wouldn't make sense. Otherwise, it would have been Mark the one pointing the finger

I believe it wants to show him a bit surprised now, how gullible he was back then to hope for a good result when actually knew that would not end well.
