:) Mark promised us that.

He promised to keep playing until he "fell over" too...

He said that because such words sell well at concerts and give a good effect:)

He did. 2019 was as close to that as he could get.

I repeat myself, Mark's goodbye speech in Barcelona was heartbreaking but he was right.

The first concert. Maybe it's worth posting them here. Not everyone has this concert. It's a historical moment.

I've been told that the plan, being the plan the key word, is to release the documentary accompanied by a cd release of live recordings that are featured in the film, specially mixed by Guy for the occasion, and the plan, again being the plan the key word, is that it would be released this year, being the MK related thing that we would see in 2025, although there are also plans for other things that might happen or not, but it seems that finally it's time for the documentary.

The word PLAN was very very repeated as anything can change.

Interesting. Where does this information come from exactly?

And Once upon a time in the west.. it was a magical evening. One of the highlights for me as a Knopfler fan attending his shows since 2005.

I still remember when the Mac started to play it, I looked to my mates telling, "I can't remeber what's that, but I know it..." and when I realised, I couldn't believed my ears!

I heard it (both songs) outside (soundcheck) while queing.. so it was kind of spoiled for me, but i was very enthousiastic (and hoping that both would indeed be played)

In the final paragraph MK says:

by the way. Is Mark really already a Granddad?
Quite sure his daughters do not have children yet but his sons?
Anyone knows?

I'm not sure, but the twins are 37 now. So it's possible they are fathers
Katya I've never even seen a picture of her, she seems to be incredible private

And Issy might take a while, especially if Mark keeps writing Wrong Un's  ;D
