Funniest thing to me is that Mark not a fan of this song himself... he said it goes to nowhere. To certain extent, it's true—literally just a song about walking in London. But for some reason DK keeps and keeps playing it... Maybe he has helped to write the song or something?

He said it in the early 90s interview with Paul Zollo. And about 1985 version, I think it was an excuse to show off Jack's guitar abilities!

But anyway, it's a good song, just seems like the author not quiet pleased with it. He said some bad things about "The Bug" and songs like that.

Sometimes you're the windshield, sometimes you're the bug... Yeah, great lyrics indeed :lol

Not MK best song, but perfect for first DS album.

But DK and band make this song very bad.

Mark says bad things about a lot of his works but knows full well that it isn't true.  He is such a self deprecating person to the extent we never get any truth out of him!  Personally I think WWE is a brilliant song.  The Bug on the other hand... :-X

"... Dog inside the doorway, Dog to eat..."

Never liked the lyrics anyway...  ;)

I like them since they are DK interpretation of the songs he used to play 40 years ago, but in his own style, which is lower lower key in comparation with MK.

Each one has his style.
