my son and his girlfriend know the area v well - she lives in Putney and he seems to spend most of his time there(!) - and I'm waiting on some feedback from them. Let's keep the Eight Bells in mind if they don't come up with anything better. Will let you know asap, but likely to be two weeks or so as off on holiday in a few days.

Well Nigel,
I have to be at Stanstead Airport for 6am the following morning to get my flight back so I was going to book a hotel close to the airport & do my travelling after the gig (& a few more pints if someone is available) rather than having to get up at the crack of dawn & travel back out from the middle of London ???

I'm open to any suggestions???
If it aint broke dont fix it!

Maybe you could put "GET LUCKY" on the front ...... or the back if you prefer.  ;)

I'll be in London from about 11.00 in the morning, so i'm happy to meet up with anyone whenever, although i was hoping to go to HMV in Oxford St for a couple of hours around midday, just to pick up some cd's.
