Hi Amiters. I found these words from Richard : The very first contact I made was Mark K. and got his blessing as it looks like a quiet year for touring.
It looks that he will tour from April 2017 with Neil Young ...

its Neil Diamond not Neil Young.I daresay Mark could tour and record an album without Richard. My guess is they are still at the tossing of ideas around stage but I would imagine an album tail end of 2017 followed by 2018 tour.

Guy pretty much confirmed on his forum there will be no tour in 2017, i believe his words were "Lots of recording"....
Tour probably to start in april/may 2018 looking at the last tours..............

I doubt there is enough material around for Mark to release a box set like Pink Floyd: The Early Years. Maybe he is just in the studio producing another artist? Which could explain why Guy is not aloud to say anything, and why Richard Bennett etc is not there!!
Not necessarily the volume, but the general idea?

any Knopfler, Floyd or Dylan will do....

I would kill for a box including the following that we know exist. Not even counting what might exist and that we are not aware of:
*Video on blu-ray, remastered:
- Paris Chorus 78 (full)
- Rocakpalast 79
- Dortmund 80 + Fridays (Skateaway + R&J)
- The hypothetical full Wrechter 81 including the keyboard-enhanced WDYTYG; a bootleg suggests that this exists...
- Paris 81 (with the nice ending of DTTW + the 81 longer version of Lions)
- Expanded Alchemy with Portobello Belle
- Wembley 85
- Sydney 86
- Mandela 88
- NHB Slate 90 (with the haunting WOL version)
- Basel 92
- Nimes 92
- Any other 92 video featuring TOL, PONO, Iron Hand,...
- Madrid 2001
- Beaulieu (or other) 2002
- Hulingham 2009
- Montreux 2010
- BBC 2013
- Whetever was filmed in 2015 for the documentary
* Audio
- All of the above
- Some 79 soundboards (Boston ?)
- Wrechter 81 if not available on video
- Some 83 soundboards (Paris was recorded) with the missing songs from Alchemy
- Houston, San Antonio, Cleveland 85 (for Wild West End and One World)

Sounds great. Regarding the Deluxe Box pricing, this one would go for 9.999 € at least...  :lol

I was thinking in something that Pottel will like a lot...

And if MK is finally doing something with David Gilmour?

It fits with that nothing can be reveal as it doesn´t depends on MK, and also with MK writting all the songs (lyrics), it´s well known Gilmour doesn´t feel comfortable writting lyrics but writting music, so... this could be a perfect fitting  ;D ;D ;D ;D

Personal tastes, I like Gilmour a lot.

I trust too much in my English, I should check what I write because last time I study English was sooooooo long ago and many of the things I´ve learned later was reading and wriTing here, sometimes I write so fast that I don´t think too much about it.

I won´t call myself an author, and I have some very very kind British friends (both from here) that help me with proof reading translating my horrible English to something more close to the real language  ;D

Hey if I hadn't been sure that you know from who this was coming I would have not dared to say it. I admire the energy and enthusiasm to produce an MK book a lot!  :thumbsup
