Exactly my thoughts. Rich Surferboy  ;D

Visiting any studio is always a super-pleasure, they have this unique atmosphere, almost religious one. Like a church, yeah.

Well, it seems you put Surferboy to flight with your comments successfully. :-(

It's true what they say:  religion is the biggest business in the world.

mmm, and why? does he need to post every five seconds? if he is offended, let him  say so, then we have something substantial to "work with"
any Knopfler, Floyd or Dylan will do....

No he doesn't need to post every five seconds (and gain some 7000 posts   :wave ), and I think he didn't, but he is a "guest" so I think it is no coincidence that he left the forum obviously. But maybe I should better stay out of this thread...

Who if not you (or me) knows exactly how this thing works — if you want, you stay, if you don't, you go do something else.

I guess only reason the guy in question left the topic is 1) because he didn't received many responses and 2) the £800 perk is gone anyway.

The comments were pretty tame, if he is offended by those he is probably best staying off the internet altogether.

I am really sorry that surferboy left the forum.  :(
Although I think that deep down he has long been intending to do it. So there is no point in playing the blame game.
